Monia is an excellent host! She welcomed us warmly at check in and was available via WhatsApp for any question we had about sightseeing around Palermo. She sent us great suggestions on places to eat and current events, basically anticipating the information we would need for a great visit to Palermo. This apartment is FULLY furnished, very clean and provided a wonderful safe oasis in a very busy city. Easy 15 minute walk to the train/bus station and excellent location to walk to all the major sites with an endless choices of restaurants. The A/C and washing machine both worked great!
Our host, Monia, should be paid by the city of Palermo for her knowledge of the city and promotion of the top sites to visit. She was onsite to help us check in and then arranged taxis/ubers to take us to spots too far to walk. She also helped us park the rental car in a secure spot. The apartment was lovely and included all the amenities. We did not feel “alone” because of Monia, who helped us acclimate to Palermo on our first visit.
What a wonderful place to stay while exploring Palermo. The location was fantastic and near to the main streets. Everything we needed was available in the apartment which was clean and comfortable. Monia was a fantastic host who made us very welcome and provided us with a lot of local information throughout our stay. If you're looking somewhere to stay while exploring the wonderful city of Palermo, look no further!

- spacious- separate bedroom with lounge and kitchen with washing machine
- so close to historic area but quiet ( tho local noise)
- wonderful host and great communication and extras

- around one corner was a couple of great bars and Cafe for morning coffee
The large church opposite- looks like a small church . It is simply amazing and a must see
