I liked the way how the owner contacted me and gave details about things in the apartment before check in. She was very kind and helpful, she allowed us to leave the baggage there since our flight was around midnight so we didn' have to worry.
There was a cake and a present for the kids on the table on our arrival. It made us feel home.
The appartmennt was cute and clean. The neighbourhood was very authentic and a short walk to Piazza Bra.
We stayed three nights at Laperla. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The owner was in contact with about giving us the keys and meeting time. The apartment was perfect. Location was centrally located to all of Verona.
