The room and facilities were impeccably clean and nicely decorated, everything looks new. The location is incredible, a few steps from a private entrance (gated) to a stunning beach, one of the best I have seen in the area. You also have the additional benefits of a private parking space (which helps a lot when you struggle to find a parking space in high season). The host also provides free bikes and beach beds/chairs and umbrella, which saves you a lot of money as you don't have to hire the overpriced ones in private the beach. The host is incredibly helpful and kind, very welcoming and also let us use the facilities after the check out the last day (so we can enjoyed the beach a bit longer). I would warmly recommend this place.

the host’s extreme kindness
It's a building in a gated community with 3-4 rooms and a common kitchen area. Room and facilities were very nice. Beach umbrella and chairs were provided as the beach itself doesn't have too many facilities. Gated community has a gate towards the main road and another one directly to the fantastic beach. Our host was very kind and even took us to our bus after our stay with his car.
The whole accommodation was excellent. Super clean. Very friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely the best I’ve seen, very close to the beach. I totally recommend it.
Everything was perfect.
The owner is a very nice person, cool but perfectionist, he makes sure that guest will have a perfect stay:
- well equipped room, very functional and clean, fast wifi
- two bicycles and two beach lounge chairs are associated with the room
- a small guide with where to go (restaurants, beaches, sightseeing, etc..)
The location is incredible:
- in a quiet private street with parking leading directly to the beach
- 30 meters away from an amazing sandy beach with light blue transparent water
- 5 minutes by bicycle from Porto Cesareo, a charming and lively port which origines date back to antiquity
