Excellent location, right in the heart of the historic part of the city. Несмотря на расположение в старом здании, номера были современными и оснащены всем необходимым. Красиво оформленные номера, которые тщательно убирались ежедневно. Хозяйка была доброжелательна, в день приезда рассказала обо всех интересных местах. Завтраки в отеле не предоставляются, но есть чайник и кофемашина, и ежедневно добавляются маленькие вкусняшки.

It was super clean and everything worked perfectly. The location is also super central and next to the main street so it was very easy to just hop out for a drink or bite, etc. The hosts were fantastic and super accommodating! Their recommendations are also lovely. We had a great time.
The room is amazing. Located close to the train station that connects to the airport and many other areas around Palermo and close to the main street of the old town. Walking distance to many places. The room is well thought in every detail. Really! The best of the best! We even had a terrace! Amenities were well thought in a way you don’t have to worry about small things. Coffee machine and coffee pods, kettle, daily cleaning, bottle of water replaced daily in the fridge…it is more than a 10 out of 10, I totally recommend and will get back! Easy communication, payment and good recommendations and explanations about the city and experiences. Big thanks to Alba and her team at Piccola Formica!
Location was perfect for exploring Palermo old district. The staff were very nice and helpful. It was a bonus to have a balcony and the bathroom was a good size.
