Great, comfortable, clean twin room and lovely balcony - with a view of the water. A great place to base yourself, only a short walk to some of the buses that take you to the beaches near Olbia. Lovely bathroom with a large shower. Was able to leave luggage before check-in / after check-out. Keypad into building and room. Good communication via whatsapp. Would recommend staying here!

The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the city center. Getting around the city is easy, even by bus. The room offers a beautiful view of the sea and the seaside promenade. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The host is extremely friendly, responsive, and always ready to answer any questions. Highly recommended!
Accommodation was very modern and well maintained. The location is great, it's easy to walk to old town. Nice little cafe at the front side of the promenade, which we used twice. Staff are friendly and more than helpful.
Absolutely brilliant location close to everything you might need in Olbia but still quiet and good for one night rest. Owners were incredibly supportive and helped us with a number of issues, had great communication and they speak English which proved to be extremely helpful. Big, big thanks and highly recommended!!
