The host was very nice, helped us with everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.
This appartment is perfect to visit Cagliari and spend time in the south of Cerdeña visitting its beaches.
The flat is very clean, big, comfy bed, big wardrobe and a good equiped kitchen!

Wifi perfect! Parking is so easy in the streets around at any time! You can go walking to the centre of the city in 15 min and there are a lot of supermarkets near.
We'll repeat with Enrico in our next visit!
L'appartamento è molto accogliente e si nota l'attenzione nei particolari e l'impegno a compensare i vincoli strutturali legati al condominio in cui è collocato.
Sia il bagno che la cucina sono totalmente attrezzati e ben accessoriati di tutto quello che serve per la casa (più un ombrellone per la spiaggia). La pulizia è ottima ovunque.
I fornelli, la rubinetteria, la doccia sono moderni e funzionanti. Il letto è comodo e la camera ha l'aria condizionata.
L'appartamento in cui siamo stati è collocato al terzo piano di un condominio; non essendoci l'ascensore, il proprietario si è offerto disponibile a portare su i bagagli. Inoltre, è anche disponibile ad attivare da remoto l'aria condizionata e alla gestione dei rifiuti.
Si trova facilmente parcheggio gratuito negli intorni del condominio.
Sulla strada c'è la fermata del pullman di linea che porta verso il centro città.
Un appartamento accogliente e completo di tutto quello che può servire, in una zona tranquilla e servita di Cagliari con possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente nelle strade vicine. Utile la presenza del condizionatore in pieno agosto.
