Nice little place extremely close to Piazza del Popolo (<5 min). Emidio was pleasant and very easy to get in touch with. He checked in regularly to see how the trip was moving along. Having a washing machine was a plus. Hope I get the chance to stay again!
Brilliant location. Host was very attentive and communicative. very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. The coffee machine was really good! Washing machine was a bonus. All supplies were there - dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, coffee, delicious tart for breakfast. We requested more savoury items for breakfast (eggs, prosciutto) and they were dropped off at the partement for us. Beautiful complimentary wines too - a treat! Emidio was an attentive and generous host and we would love to recommend his apartment to others in lovely Ascoli.
Comfortable apartment, a few steps from Piazza del Popolo and all of the activities in the centro.
Emidio was an incredibly helpful and welcoming host, providing very detailed information on how to reach the apartment, and helping us greatly when we got stuck on a few issues.
The free private car parking was secure, close by, and made an easy start to trips in the area.
