This is an apartment at the bottom of the hill. The escalators to the cathedral and La Rocca are nearby. You can walk down through the historical center of the city back to the apartment or take one of the escalator routes. Restaurants are easy to reach from below or from above. We had a one-bedroom apartment with a fold-out couch in the living/dining room -- everything was clean and there was enough room for the three of us. We checked ahead of time to make sure we could bring our bicycles up in the elevator. We were sad to discover there is a flight of stairs to be climbed up to the elevator but the staff was lovely and let us lock the bikes in the building lobby.

Everything was great, clean and well kept. Owners were very nice and helpful with any questions we had.

Location and the fact that it had two bedrooms rooms and a kitchen. Also had air conditioning.

Apartment was spotlessly clean, facilities great (especially the washing machine when one has been travelling for a few days), location, breakfast supplies and coffee. One of the best I've stayed in.

Very central, spacious, cozy, and warm flat with fantastic view from windows. Clean with everything you need.
