The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Location wise it was close to everything.

The location is perfect. Walkable to anywhere in Florence. Loved the wine the hosts left for us . A very nice touch!

The property has a good size, very clean and is a walking distance away from the main touristic points of Florence. Restaurants and mini markets are also available at a 2- minutes walk. The owner was kind to allow us to drop our bags before the check-in time, since we arrived earlier.

Luciano and Sylvia were lovely people and helped us in every way possible. The apartment is great with everything you would need. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. It is in a very nice quiet area and at the end of the street is San Spirito which has some lovely restaurants and a supermarket very close. Best thing was it is a ground floor apartment so no stairs.

The property is beautiful! Very spacious and comfortable. We were there in the cold part of the spring and really appreciated the warmth of the apartment. we love Piazza Santo Spirito so the location was perfect for us. you can see part of the church from the street at the front door!
