We loved: Exposed beams, fully stocked kitchen, balcony, walking access to grocery store and train station. Shower had good pressure.

We were there with university classmates for 3weeks and we really enjoyed our stay. The wi-fi was great and the apartment was really clean with a well equipped kitchen. One big grocery store was next to the apartment and the other one in front of the station next to the Uni per stranieri which was a 3 to 5 minute walk away. Inside of this small mall there are escalators which take u up to the City Center within 10 minutes. The city was beautiful there were many great restaurants. The owners were really understanding helpful and nice. They even caught a gecko🦎 for us which came into our bathroom one night because us girls couldn’t do anything with it.

The place is fully equiped, very confortable and clean, the house is absolutely charming and confortable, great for traveling with friends or family, the view is lovely and the location is great, aprox 13 min walking from the train and bus station plus a super market right in the corner, an amazing place that I cannot recommend enough.

Great house with character, high ceilings and all the facilities one may need. Very clean and Giulina was very accommodating.

The apartment is cozy and spacious: there's the bedroom for two, another room with a sofa and a bookshelf (don't miss it, the books about Siena, its museums and traditions are really interesting!), the bedroom for children, the well quipped kitchen, and the utility room. The host (Giulia) is very friendly and just a message away. Nearby there're two big stores: Coop and Pam, so as small cafés and shops (on the shopping gallery with elevators to the upper city). The distance from the bus/train stops is only 3-5 minutes walking, so it's very useful when you don't have a car when travelling in Italy and planning to see other towns in Tuscany. The neighbourhood is quiet, so you can escape from the big city noise completely.
