Convenient location near train station and waterfront. Lots of restaurants steps away. The host is amazing! Very helpful with lots of info and restaurant recommendations!
The apartment has everything you need for your stay, including kitchen and 2 ACs that worked great and is the must for the summer. Location is exceptional you're right in the center with 5 minute walk to the beach. Reccomendations from the host were great and we had enough information to make our stay as stress free as possible, definitely will come back when visiting Pescara.

She is a very warm and kind person, attentive to the needs of the guests.
The location is 5 minutes walk from the sea and is in the center, close to restaurants, bars, shops.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it is clean and comfortable.
The owner Daniela met us and handed us the keys. The apartment was spotless and had all facilities one would want. We were on the ground floor so no lifting heavy suitcases up stairs. The area was fantastic only a one minute walk to Via Firenze which is the best pedestrian street in Pescara full of bars cafes and restaurants. And the nightlife went to 3.00 am every day.
Located in the city center and lots of good restaurants in the nearby.
