The apartment is very clean and well equipped with modern appliances including air conditioning, good shower, washing machine and coffee machine. It is a good size and the bed comfortable. The car parking is secure and safe and included in the cost. This is in an area where people actually live and so much more authentic than a hotel.

C’est un très jolie appartement, dont le prix est plus bas que la majorité des établissements se situant à Sanremo. Il est très bien équipé avec : wifi, climatisation, moustiquaire, draps et serviettes fournis… De plus, il est situé dans un endroit calme, avec vue sur des serres ce qui est très appréciable dans une grande ville. La propriétaire est soucieuse de vous faire passer un bon séjour : très bon accueil et explications pour rejoindre seuls le logement, conseils concernant des lieux incontournables à visiter, et elle reste joignable tout le long du séjour pour répondre à vos questions.
