Very clean room, and very spacious. Love the sound of bell tower around 8am. Love the view from the window. Self-serve breakfast with lovely pastries, yogurt, fresh juice and Nespresso coffee.
Lovely touches in the room, such as a kettle and welcome candies.
rustic building, good size bathroom and bedroom, central location - minutes to Villa D'Este and bars/restaurants

Fabulous little place in the heart of Tivoli's old town. The room was very comfortable and the team were really lovely and helpful (and artistic as I discovered!)
It is found in old Tivoli. Very quiet at night. The room and bathroom were very clean and Rossana (the owner) is very polite, friendly and responsive when messaged. She even has sent us, the directions on how to reach the premises from the train station. It is found just 5 mins walk from good restaurants and less than 8 mins from Villa Gregoriana and Villa d'Este. We highly recommend the place.
Stupendo soggiorno in un'incantevole Tivoli. Appartamento nel centro storico facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Notevole vicinanza al campanile che si apprezza al mattino :)
