Amazing staff and amazing service. Great air-conditioner and clean rooms .

The location was perfect - everything was walkable from where we were staying. The rooms are in an historic building and it was charming and clean and quiet. The staff was lovely and helpful and our room was a really nice size.

The staff were outstanding. (We arrived at the hotel after a full night of flying, desperately in need of a bathroom/a place to change our clothes. They allowed us to use a room that hadn't yet been cleaned, which was great) Another thing we loved was the location, in the heart of the Jewish Ghetto, which was near sites like Trastevere, the Vittorio Emanuele II Monument, etc. Our windows opened onto a street with restaurants, cafes, and lots of activity (But there wasn't any noise at night)

Great, cozy hotel ! Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff - and great location. Highly recommend, and hope to be back on our next trip!!

The location was perfect. The reception was friendly, helpful. It was accommodating to our shabbat observant needs, ie, a shabbat key belt, a hot water urn, coffee and tea even if you didn't order breakfast. The email questions were answered in a timely and helpful fashion.
