The location was great. In a busy and main shopping area. The apartment is very nice and comfortable.
It is a modern and chic newly renovated apartment. With quiet AC it was very comfortable for us when it was 32 degree outside. We had everything we needed, including a washer, washing detergent, a dishwasher, a balcony for the drying rack, tea bags, coffee. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking.
It is in a new building in a pedestrian area in the heart of Como. Lots of groceries (carefree express), pasties store, restaurants are just downstair and within 3 min walking. The church is right around the corner and the lake is 3 min away.
The check in was done through a lock box. Simple and smooth. Host and owners are extremely responsive and communicated with us seamlessly in what up. Host was so thoughtful and she put together a guide on restaurant recommendation, activity summary, etc.
It is totally exceeding my expectation and a great value for a perfect stay!

Lella’s home was absolutely beautiful!! Modern apartment in the heart of the centre. It was so easy to get around. As soon as you step out of the door you have two great bakeries at your doorstep and you’re surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes. Location couldn’t be more perfect for anyone looking for convenience. The apartment was clean and the beds were VERY comfortable. The apartment also had everything you could possibly need. The host was also super helpful, kind and just so lovely to deal with! Highly recommend this place.
Very comfortable place to stay. A few minutes walk from the cathedral and the lake. Very nice lady met us at the property and showed us around. It’s above a bakery so you can get fresh things in the morning and there’s plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too.
