not having visited the town of San Gimignano before, I booked this property not knowing much about the property or the town and its attractions. Were we surprised when we got there and found we were one very short street off the main square which was all hustle and bustle. Everything was at our doorstep, and it made us feel like a local. The owner was exceptionally helpful in having everything ready for us, and setting up WIFI for us as well. The property wasn't modern, which was to be expected, since it was in the middle of a medieval town, but we were very comfortable with everything it provided, including kitchen, dining room two bedrooms and bathroom. Once again, we would stay there again in a heartbeat if we come back to San Gimignano, and this location was so great for providing close and easy access to Pisa, Florence and Siena (50 - 60 KM away from each). The town itself is spectacular but the parking is crazy,
Great location at the city centre, apartment has 2 bedrooms and nice view to the street, very good value for money.
Apartment was clean and we enjoyed fresh white towels and bedsheets.
Maurizo, I guess the owner, was very kind and hospitable, he met as late evening and recommended amazing places to visit.
Location, staff excellent and ready to help at anytime, the place is super super comfortable.

Incredible location in San Gimignano next to the main square with lots of character and full kitchen. Our host Catarina was so sweet and helpful she booked our family a lovely dinner in town with an amazing view! Highly recommended for a stay in Tuscany to explore the other areas, this walled hilltop village is really special and full of charm.
