You will live the experience of the locals.
It’s location is near to Saint Zaccaria Boat Station.
Most of Venice attractions are nearby.
Location was good. Short walk to the square but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Bathroom was big for Italy. Cleaning crew came daily with new towels and linens.

Amazing little balcony on the canal
Central location. Once we found the hotel it was then easy to check in, leave our baggage and later find our apartment.
