Spacious interior, comfortable bedroom with Air Conditioning. Courtyard was handy for safely storing bikes. Great little kitchen with good sized refrigerator. Quaint decor. Market Street “Via Maqueda” was close by, just on the far side of the Palermo Centrale Train Station

Great communication by the owners. Met me on site, handed over the keys, and gave me suggestions on sights to visit and places to eat. Very friendly people who even left a few snacks on arrival! The apartment was very homely, great sized, and a very large bed. Central location! Property was double glazed, therefore, noise was very minimal. The Air Conditioning unit was GREAT!!! The showers were hot! Property is very safe being behind a entrance “gate”. Perfect for a stay in Palermo, would honestly recommend to anyone looking for the above.

Our plane was 1 hour late, luckily this did not cause any problems for the check-in. The accommodation was well equipped and clean. The hosts were kind, very helpful and provided us with all the necessary informations.

The street is part of the poorer part of palermo. The port or the historic city center can be reached in a relatively short time on foot. There is also a large garden in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located in an ugly tenement house but the apartment inside is large, clean and comfortable. There is a lot of traffic on the street but it is easy to park your car. The neighborhood is noisy even at night but the bedroom windows are soundproof and you can sleep. Air conditioning works great in hot weather. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to cook meals and hygiene in the bathroom. The bed is very large and comfortable. The man who owns the apartment is very nice and easy to contact at any time. He is a very nice and helpful man.

The house itself carries a certain charm, being old and adorned with intriguing authentic details. Inside the apartment, cleanliness is maintained impeccably, and the spaciousness is notable. The rooms feature high vaulted ceilings, adding to the sense of openness. The kitchen is well-equipped and comfortable, catering to all needs. Furthermore, the cozy balcony was a pleasant surprise. The apartment owner is reliable and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. As a delightful gesture, they provided a list of Palermo attractions and the best restaurants, serving as a thoughtful gift.
