the property was neat and very clean. It was a close walk to the train station and the beach. Supermarket close by and the best gelato a couple doors down.

Apsolutely perfect. Miriam is such a nice and friendly host. It's a very clean and modern apartment in a good location.
Everything: the host was very helpful at all times; the house was very comfy, within easy reach of all the highlights of Pescara. I especially appreciated that it was very quiet, both at night and by day. There are an excellent patisserie and a superb ice-cream shop nearby.
Nice location within walking distance to beach and main promenade. Good apartment, clean and tidy. All modern inside. The lift in the building is a god send as we had a baby stroller and everyday groceries to take upstairs. The building and entrance is not desirable and was worrying at the start. But you only use the building entrance for 30 seconds so it soon was forgotten about. All in all a good place to crash out
