The location is excellent, just a short walk from San Marco Square, making it ideal for exploring Venice. While the entrance lobby to the building feels a bit uninviting at first, the overall impression improves as you head upstairs. Be aware that there’s no lift, so you'll need to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. A kettle was provided in the room, and there was a coffee machine available in the shared dining area, though only usable during breakfast hours. Note that breakfast itself is not offered. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The quietest location either in high season. Amazing terrace where you can spend whole day. Room is quite small (normal for Venice). Bathroom very clean and modern (not so often in Venice). 100% recommend this place to stay for 1-2 nights

Close to tje center. The terrace was excellant. It was clean. The stuff was excellant.

despite the rain in the evening, the room was warm and cozy (not damp), the view from the room and the view from the roof terrace were magnificent. I will definitely come back here. The room is not new, but clean and comfortable; a great option for the weekend!

Size of the room was enough as for Venezia. Clean, light, with two windows. Hotel correspond 2 stars
