The host Mira, she was really nice and was always ready to help with everything we needed, even tips of places to visit.

The hosts are amazing. They were there every morning and answered any questions. They even offered to help us with our laundry. That was so great!

Such wonderful hosts, the best we have met in all our travels! And a great location , quiet room, reasonably big for a city hotel, just wonderful.

Hosts were amazing. They first sat down with us to understand the sights we planned to visit and then printed a customized map with travel routes to help us navigate. All in all, were exceptional. Breakfast vouchers were presented for use at a neighboring restaurant for an authentic Italian breakfast experience. Room was architecturally preserved though updated.

The owners, Francesco and Mira are WONDERFUL! Friendly and supportive to understand why you are there and what they can do to offer recommendations to accommodate. The room was cozy and clean. Florence is easily walkable and the location is convenient to attractions. Breakfast is not on site, it's a small pasticceria just a few steps away. We found the locals loved it for a reason. It's near other small eateries and a small square that was bustling with activity.
