The receptionist was amazing! So friendly and helpful. She spoke Ukrainian and Russian with my son who is trying to learn these languages and was really smiley and brilliant at her job
Staff were very friendly and helpful, they suggested lots of activities to do during the day and some great local authentic restaurants to try. The spa was great.
Facilities are brand new and hotel is very clean. Breakfast was excellent.
It is a beautiful hotel, with modern convenience in an old building - so well done. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. Also the best coffee of my trip! I wish we had time for the spa - looks fabulous!!
