It might look small but very comfortable, clean and with a sophisticated design

The apartment is amazing , brand new (3 years), big, spacious, with everything you need and also in the kitchen you can find what you need to cook ( besides oil, salt, condiments).The owner is very kind, he helped us with everything we needed (before arival I asked him if he has a chair for child to take the dinner, he said that he will find and then when we arrived, he camed with a new chair from Ikea, which was wow, I was not expect to that). Also we need to have a sooner check in and a later check out (because we have a small baby) and he agreed with that, was very helpfull. The apartment has a big yard with jacuzzi inside . The sea is at 2 minutes away.

I liked everything -from the home location, interior, facilities, cleanliness- to the host communication, support and other recommendations. I highly recommend it!

Staying in Lucia's house was for us more then a very good stay, according with what we have bought, but an exceed expectations experienece: Vincenzo was more then proactive before ur stay till to the end; the apartment is truly a design apartment, exceptionally clean (conveninent also for allergics), with a truly high speed internet, situated in a very good location with a yard and more then very well equiped with absolutely everyhing which you would need, at high standards. We have had water, fruits, coffee in house for the whole stay; the kitchen was more then very well equiped and well designed, internet was excellent, entertainment was there (we have watched movies as in a small cinema), walking shower was amazing, bed sheets and bed too. Just as note: in the same compley there is a 4 stars hotel with prices more then double for a night which does not offer the same as Lucia's house.

He gave very detailed instructions about everything and also everything was very clean and tidy.
