The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The mattresses are very comfortable. We rented the whole apartment and it was perfect for 8 people. The location is also great. In a quiet neighborhood but not far away from the most tourist attraction. The tram stations are on max 5 min on foot. The host is proactive and very kind.

The host was extremely nice. My son broke a lamp while we were there and the host was very understanding. We, of course, were willing to pay for the damages. The host sent us the cost of the lamp and it was reasonable and did not feel like he was trying to get more money out of us. We appreciated that greatly. Getting to the property from the city center was very easy as the tram was only a four minute walk. Check in instructions were easy to understand. Very good value for the price we paid.

We had 7 people in this property and it was roomy and comfortable. It was also close to a tramstop which was very convenient to get into Florence town. Really nice apartment

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable, nice garden however we only stayed 1 night so never really utilized the garden. Easy to get to from the train or airport.

A very comfortable and clean apartment in the center of Florence!! It has everything you can need! The owner is very friendly, kind and we had a great communication!! We totally recommend it!!!
