Location.
The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. The grocery store is just 100 meters away. The apartment is clean and pleasant, and communication with the host was very convenient.
I'd say the location is one of the main advantages of this apartment. You can easily walk to places like the Colosseum, there are plenty of restaurants in the area and it's not touristy at the same time! We had breakfast at Pasticceria Barberini, and pizza on Mercato di Testaccio, it was muuuuch better than in touristic places.
Also It's great to be able to regulate the heat in the radiators.
It had a nice interior, pleasant mattress and was spacious!
