Claudia was very accommodating, if there was an issue, she took care of it right away.
The apartment was spotless, well cared for and very comfortable. Location was wonderful and very quiet. The owners were very warm and nice.
Our 3 night stay in beautiful Lucca was made all the more special due to the perfect accommodations of La Fortuna and the attentiveness of our very gracious hostess Claudia. With three bedrooms and three full baths, our family of three adults found the apartment to be more than sufficiently spacious for both privacy and family gathering time for meals and planning the next days’ activities. The location was perfect: just inside the Santa Maria Gate and just around the corner from the main Via Fillungo. We found convenient paid parking 50 steps from the apartment, outside the ZTL. Claudia was very helpful and flexible when our arrival plans were delayed by traffic and her thoughtful welcome gift of a wonderful wine and delicious local fruits was a lovely surprise. We will most definitely be repeat visitors!
Very good location - could easy walk to all locations within Lucca. Nice and cool during the hot weather. Close to supermarket (Conad) for breakfast and lunch items. Lots of lovely restaurants for eating out in the evening. Claudia was a good host.
Claudia was very friendly and informative. She answered all our questions on arrival and gave us some local knowledge. We will definitely book to stay again. Highly recommended.
