The location was perfect for dining, riding metro, walking to the Duomo/Galleria,etc. The host took the time to personally meet us at checking in to show the apartment. At check out she helped us get a taxi to the airport. My 82-YO mom was with us, and using a walker. She was very accommodating to let us check in earlier and check out later. There were 6 of us, and the apartment has 3 full Bath Rooms, so that was helpful. The best part was the host' personal connection with us. We would stay there again.
I loved the check-in process. We entered using a door code via our cell phone.
The apartment was nice and spacious, with plenty of space for everyone to space out. Host was also extraordinary attentive, communicating with me when I needed assistance. The surroundings were also very quiet starting at around midnight which is perfect for a Milan schedule. The wifi reached all the way out the building door so you could open it using the digital key even without cell service.
Location is convenient to Metro to get to desired sights. Location is convenient to walk to wide variety of restaurants. Washer/Dryer combo function worked great while we were out. Key code app was shareable among everyone in our group.
Extremely handy doorcode system that works via the phone, so you don't have to pass keys around between the guests. Also, I received an early check-in, which was very helpful. Overall communication with the host was great.
