Everything was perfect, the apartment has everything you need to spend a nice vacation, the train station is about a 5-minute walk away, it doesn't work until very late, so take that into account when you plan to go to the city, it has parking in property and there is always enough. The owner is wonderful, she even helped me with a personal favor.
Beautiful apartment in a quiet complex on the outskirts of Rome, with free on-site parking. The apartment has two air conditioning units, making it very comfortable to stay in. Everything is well-maintained and spotlessly clean. It has everything you need in a home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
There is a local supermarket a 5-minute walk from the house.
The easiest way to visit Rome is to leave the car here and take public transport to the city center. For just 1 euro, you can take the train to the center (a 30-minute trip), and the station is a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
The communication with the host was good, professional, and prompt.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura due notti per partecipare ad un matrimonio. Appartamento pulito completo di tutti i confort, anche macchina del caffè con capsule disponibili, posto auto, zona tranquillissima e ben collegata anche col centro di Roma. Consigliatissimo!
Appartamento in buone condizioni, confortevole, pulito, con i giusti spazi. Anche se lontano dal centro l'appartamento è a 300 mt. circa dalla stazione Settebagni, da dove si può raggiungere con il treno, stazione Termini o Tiburtina in pochi minuti, dove con Metro e Bus si arriva ovunque. Vicino Farmacia, bar, Pizzeria, Ristorante, Ufficio Postale, Discount e fermata Bus per il centro. Non ci sono stati problemi e comunque Host cortese e gentile.
