Communication prior to arrival was great, responding quickly to my queries. We arrived a little early but were able to leave our bags and were contacted once the property was ready and were shown around the facilities. The apartments are about a 10min walk from Bardolino, which was our favourite place of all that we visited around Lake Garda. We can't fault the property or the owners, they, and their staff were responsive and really helpful. We were celebrating my wife's birthday whilst we were there and they were fabulous leaving her prosecco, flowers and some very yummy pastries on the day - it was a fabulous surprise for her to come in to. We really can't thank Michael and his team enough and would highly recommend Magic Apartments as a place to stay and will definitely be back!

Stunning apartment. All mod cons and very high quality furnishings. Host was extremely helpful, offering assistance throughout, including a late check-out to suit flight times. Couldn't fault the apartment at all.

Michael was an excellent host. He met us when we arrived and showed us around and gave us some good information about places to eat etc. We couldn't fault the apartment at all. It was very luxurious and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. We even had our own sauna. You just need to be aware that the apartment has two types of sockets, which caught us out. We only had adapters for one of them, so check with Michael what you need. The pool was great. There was a nice area at one end of the pool with soft seating to relax on. Also, the rooftop area had sunbeds, a great jacuzzi, and another soft seating area, with views of the lake. Access to the apartments was very secure. It felt very private and quiet. There was a supermarket a few minutes away, which was very handy. Michael responded very quickly to any messages I sent. We had a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate to come back again and use the same accommodation. Lake Garda is stunning!
