We enjoyed staying in the middle of Venice it was convenient and close to the Sant Angelo bus/boat station. It was a quaint place and plenty of room for five of us. A large bed for us parents and the small single beds for the kids. The rooms were clean and comfy. There was a little area with a table and plates to eat at as well. It overlooked a side canal and the windows opened to the breeze. It was easy to find in the map and Google maps guided us directly to the door. The host left instructions to be able to enter the door. It was a perfect spot and we would come again. It was a pleasure. A wonderful value for the pricing.

Apartment was very close to San Angelo vaporetti stop and a short walk to St. Mark's. Easy entry into unit as it has a door code and they left the keys to our room in an envelope on desk inside for use at check-in. Large unit big enough for 4 people and a very quiet location.

The service of the hotel is good because they provide us the place to put our luggages (we came to Venice before the check-in time and left here until after the check-out time). The room is cozy for us to sleep well at night.

Room was great , location was pretty good for everything we wanted to see !
