High quality of facilities, helpful staff, great wellness shower
Location is outstanding and breakfast is excellent.
The hotel is amazing, everything is new and clean, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, specially Faruq and Marlon who made our stay very special. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of foods to choose. Every night they would have some welcoming happy hour. The location is perfect, good restaurants nearby and close to the main attractions which were located just a few minutes on foot.
I definitely recommend the hotel and wish to come back soon!
The staff working at the desk were very wonderful- we forgot to tip them, so if you go there, tip a little extra for us! The room stayed nice and cool and the breakfast arrived right at the selected time and was wonderful every morning. The rain shower with the steam was a nice touch.
Very good location , good service , very well train and helpful staff especially Jair from front office ! Thank you guys for a lovely stay . Everything went fast and smooth !
