Staying at The Maison de Raf was the highlight of the summer for my family. I can't express how happy we were with everything. The place looks exactly like what you see in the photos. Everything is clean and in good shape. The location is perfect—just a few minutes' walk from the S. Giovanni station. The apartment has everything you need and even more. I traveled with an infant, and the apartment has a changing table and a crib. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of prosecco, which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise.
The cherry on top was the host. Paola met us upon arrival, showed us everything, and was very responsive during our stay. On the day of check-out, she and her husband helped us with our luggage all the way to the train station. This place is really good and comfortable, but what really makes it a 10 out of 10 is the exceptional care from the host, who truly brings your stay to another level. I will definitely be coming back next summer.
A beautiful apartment, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great little kitchen, very well equipped and nicely supplied with some basics. The very thoughtful host had left us a bottle of red and a bottle of prosecco! Everything was very clean, and our host explained everything very well. He was extremely helpful with our luggage! The close location to the city centre (without being in it) was good. The host had left business cards for nearby restaurants, cafes, etc. which was very useful.
