Locations, view, hospitality, the apartment is full equipment!
jewel box on top of the city. centrally located, spacious, tidy, comfortable and clean. fully equipped extra preparation in the boiler, which is a special plus point. really kind hosts, they were at our disposal in everything, they took care of us in everything!
Excellent apartment all round. Host Francesca very helpful and always ready and prompt to answer any questions/requests. Location could not be better with all the attractions/restaurants few minutes away. Train station 10 minute walk away. Facilities and cleanliness at the apartment were excellent. We stayed for a week and found the use of the washing machine very helpful. Parma is ideally suited for train trips to Modena, Cremona, Bologna and even Ravenna. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money.
Super modern & clean apartment in the heart of Parma. There’s a private elevator to access the property. Great views from the bedroom across the city. Good recommendations for places to eat and the owner was really good at keeping in touch and checking that everything was ok.
We enjoyed the stay in Parma so much! The city is so relaxed and beautiful at the same time. The apartment is perfect: Right in one of the main streets in Parma's old town and still very cozy & quiet. The apartment has everything one needs for a shorter or longer stay. We cooked everyday, there is a small dishwasher and also a well-functioning washing machine with many programs. Francesca is super friendly and always available in case of questions.
