The apartment is very nice. There was plenty of room for our party of 7. There are 5 bedrooms all with queen sized beds which we loved. The rooms are spacious. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. We wish we could’ve stayed longer than just one night.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, one of the bathrooms was very small but not bad.

Very nice and spacious apartment! The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and had plenty of space to relax. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The self check-in instructions were easy to follow. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

It was great but you need to provide a small booklet with all the town attractions, information on transport, shops, nearest hospital etc. This would be very helpful for people who have never been to florence before and can't speak the language

There was no breakfast. The location was good for shopping for food. But I specifically asked about which floor we were on because I had one person in a wheelchair. I was told I was on the ground floor which was not true! The unit was a flight and a half of stairs up!!! Not good for all the suitcases we had and the wheelchair person. Very disappointed in that fact.
