Really good location and the host is very nice and friendly. The rooms are perfect and centrally located to the center and to the beaches.
I thought the location was perfect (very central living amongst the locals) and the space was well organized and appointed (and clean) and was everything I needed for my 3-night stay in beautiful Monopoli. Although the property is very central, it was so quiet at night. Annamaria met me and escorted me to the property, explained how everything worked (and showed me the detailed binder with property details) and was so responsive when I IM’d her. Everything went smoothly. I would stay there again if I am fortunate enough to return to Monopoli!

Everything had been thought of! Warm welcome and so helpful . The apartment is close to everything yet quiet . I would highly recommend it !
We had an amazing stay at Marecalmo guest house. The apartment was clean very and we could find everything we needed in the apartment. The location in the centre of Monopoli is excellent - the beach is near the house as well as all the cafes and restaurants. Annamaria and her husband are very kind and friendly, always ready to help by any question.
