The room was very clean, quiet and spacious. It had a nice little kitchen that had everything except an oven and was well stocked with coffee, water and snacks. It was a 15 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the start of the leisure district. A block from the canal. The entry instructions were easy to follow.

Location was unbeatable. Oldest part of Rimini's beach town. It was quite a 19th-century feel, with a few fun buildings from the 1960s. Quite a worldly area, close to the Grand Hotel. Our building was a 19th c former villa just off the beach, with a secluded little front garden area with communal seating. The studio flat we had was in the very cleverly converted attic (there's a lift). For the three of us (parents and 1 adult son on sofabed) it was just adequately spaced. There was a safe. The bathroom was nice but got very hot - and if one accidentally opens the skylight, one knocks out the aircon - fair enough but be careful. The Padrona was very flexible when we decided to stay a little longer. The mosquito nets on the windows were appreciated, but it was too hot to open the windows anyway. I would say the space is perfect for a couple rather than a family.
