Anu the front desk agent was extremely friendly, kind, empathetic and showed a professional attitude. What a beautiful charisma he has! He provided us a quick answer/help with each of our requests during and after the check-in process. During the checkout process both ladies were also super friendly, kind and sweet. The location is great, our view from the balcony was beautiful towards the castle. Beautiful wide apartment right in the centre of Napoli city, with pull table, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym equipment with fantastic views from the 9th floor overlooking part of the city and part of the sea view, very clean apartment with mix of refurbishment drinks and supply inside the fridge with coffee and tea bags available, we definitely raccommended, thank you for the great service we will definitely be back one day..
Fantastic location next to ferry/cruise terminal and the stop for the airport bus. Metro and all the sights of the old town very close, too. We got a room upgrade thanks to bookingdotcom and had a lovely, spacious room with an amazing view of the port and a Nespresso machine. Room was very clean and well equipped.
I was really happy with my 2 night stay here. On our first night, my friend and I were upgraded to a large suite which had lots of amazing games and facilities. The property is incredibly close to the port so really easy to get to by ferry and the airport shuttle stops nearby also so it’s great for anyone going to/from the airport. On our second night we were moved to another room which was also very spacious and with great facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful, the apartment was clean and the location is great for seeing everything Naples has to offer! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Naples!
