Valerio did a phenomenal job! He has a wealth of knowledge, and he did a fantastic job providing us with information and advice of what to visit, and when to visit certain places. It was our first trip to Rome, and he made it a memorable one. Arianna and the entire staff’s customer service is second to none.

Would recommend over and over again will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome, man who welcomed us on arrival was so full of knowledge and love for his city great recommendations and help with what to do in a city with so much to do :)

Very clean and organized, friendliest and most welcoming staff. Unlike many hotels this style in Italy, Mellini did not have a sketchy entry. In fact, the building itself is an office building with a doorman/security.

It was spacious and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

What I like about Mellini Suites Palace, everything is walking distance. The view was outstanding, the staff was very friendly and helpful also spoke English fluently. I would highly recommend and book again in the future! Thank you Mellini Palace Suites.
