Romano was very communicative and easy to work with. He met us early and allowed us to check in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. The location was great too. The air conditioning worked very well. All in all, we had a great stay here.
The location is great, right around the corner from Santa Croce and just down the street from a great bakery and a brunch spot, the Vespa. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. It is more difficult to have to meet with a host to get into the apartment, but Romano was flexible and met me on time.

Room was clean, kitchen, glad that it came with washing machine - can get some cleaning done.
Only stairs to go up, so never overpack for the trip.
