great support from staff.
The place was exceptionally clean. Bed & linens were comfortable. I might have liked a blanket instead heavy sheets but understand how that's harder to keep clean.
Location was good for walking to Duomo or Navigli. I walked to Brera from there too. As a solo traveler I felt safe in & around the neighborhood at all hours.
Quiet building.
Claudio was specially helpful & patient with my jet lagged brain trying to find it and get in. I recommend using the lift to get to 2nd floor.

Kokapena. Metro eta tren geltokiak gertu daude. Leku lasaia da. Ez duzu kaleko zaratarik entzuten.
