1. Product Quality (Bed is too soft and dull. Must renew. Washing machine is heavily shacky. Definitely need to change or else do not use it)
2. Cleanliness (The floor seems were not mopped when we check in. A bit dusty)
3. Attention to details (Put a detail terms and conditions in English behind door. For example: Caution shacky washing machine. Etc)
Perfect location just infront of train station help us alot when we use train going to como lake and taking bus to airport
Helpful people in reception
Very near milano central station. Very smooth check in. Apartment was in order with everything was proper when we checked in. Highly recommended for those who travel for business and leisure, everything is nearby, 10 out of 10.
