highly recommend Milan Retreats and will definitely stay with them every time I visit Milan. The location is unbeatable—just 2 minutes from the Duomo and 10 minutes to Milan Central Station, perfect for shopping and sightseeing.
The apartment is in a new, secure building, very clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for both short and long stays. What impressed me most was the outstanding service. The Milan Retreats team, especially Jerome, maintained active and professional communication even before we arrived, making check-in smooth and stress-free.

Size of apartment was good, cleanliness a 10 and location was grand. The only thing we did not like was that the video provided was a bit dark and we could not see the code that was supposed to be used for opening the lock box. It would be great to get an email with that info the day before our arrival, versus having this real time messaging that took place. When you are traveling and tired, the last thing you want it to have to look for instructions in order to just get in and rest.
Thank you, my friend and I are very happy to live here. The room is very clean and warm. It is very convenient to check in according to the instructions of the owner. The location is very convenient. It is only seven minutes' walk from the Duomo. There are brand-name shops and restaurants around. The owner is very enthusiastic. I stayed for two nights and asked if I needed anything in the day, I was with my friend, and the owner had already prepared the sofa bed. The air conditioner in the room was also turned on.
The place was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend!
