Rooms were clean, cleaning ladies really did their job perfectly. Breakfast was amaizing, and everyone did their best to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.
The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. We arrived early and were given an “upgrade” to our existing suite. If offered ensure you see the room as the rooms on ground level are a tad unconventional but offer you a spa tub and huge open shower in addition to the nice outdoor patio. The coil on the fan in the AC unit burned out shortly after our arrival so the following day they moved us to their largest suite on the upper floor. The operations manager was truly incredible in our she offered to take care of the issue and in her desire to make sure we were pleased.
It is not in Duomo, but only about 5 miles away. You can take the bus easily. The best thing about this Hotel is the staff, cleanliness and comfort. The location is great because it’s by the train station, bus station, rails. They also have a wonderful breakfast repast! Would highly recommend.
The hotel room was beautifully appointed and very large. Also, the included breakfast was very good with a large selection.
