Carlo is great host, very helpful and has everything in the apartment well ordered and organized, neat and clean.
The location is perfect, 5 min from the Beach, there is a bus stop in front, from where you reach city center in 10 min.
Breakfast is included in a nice cafe nearby.

Excellent location: close to the beach, promenade, shops and free parking. Too close to the railway, though it's possible to get used to the noise as long as the windows are closed.
It was comfortable and had a good use of the available space.
Great host! Carlo makes sure that his guests got what they need. Apartment is in decent locations - close to promenade and one of the train stations. Bed is comfortable.
We had a great stay at the Minihouse. It was very clean. And the location was great, close to the beach, close to the city centre and close to a rail station. The owner gave us tips where to go and helped us with the taxi transfer back to the airport
