Ciao! I highly recommend renting this flat, I love the location, close to the nearby beach around 5 minutes on foot, but also close to grocery shops (Eurospin), places to drink or eat and public transport.
Flat is spacious, well equipped, big balcony where you can have your meals. You can also find air condition in living room and bedroom.
Son of host is very welcome, he picked us from the airport and explain all well.
If you decide to rent the car there is also parking spot.
You will not find better place, I am sure that one day we will visit it again!

The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped, located in a beautiful area, close to the beach and a lot of Mediterranean vegetation. The hosts were very kind and gave us all the support we requested. We felt treated as part of their family. We gladly recommend those who want to visit the beautiful city of Pescara to stay in this apartment. The price-quality ratio is advantageous for guests. We thank Davide Chiusi for all the help he gave us and we are thinking of coming back soon.
L'appartamento è meraviglioso. I proprietari sono più che gentili e molto affidabili. Ottimo per famiglie, in una zona molto tranquilla, un complesso residenziale silenzioso. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto: utensili per cucinare, detersivi, asciugamani, tv in ogni camera, 2 apparecchi di aria condizionata, 2 balconi con una vista mozzafiato.
Siamo stati benissimo e ci torneremo di sicuro.
