Good location, you can reach old part of the city by 10 minute walk. Very clean apartment, comfortable bed. Very very welcoming and helpful hosts! The agent who brought us the key was so incredibly helpful with advices.
There is no AC installed, but fan was provided to cool down the room make some air movements. It was a bit noisy to sleep for the first night but after we got used to this sound.
