The location is perfect!
It is right on the Grand Canal for water taxi directly from the door of the hotel.
It is perfect for sightseeing. Located just steps from Saint Mark's basilica, Doge's Palace, San Marco Square and the nicest shopping and restaurants.
The breakfast was delicious with a beautiful dining area overlooking the outdoor terrace and Grand Canal.
The room was beautifully decorated, with pretty Murano glass lighting fixtures. The bathroom was extremely spacious, with large shower and a large jacuzzi area...all in beautiful marble.
The hotel was immaculate. Everything felt brand new. All areas beautifully decorated and attention to every detail.
The front desk staff was very welcoming and offered any assistance with our visit. The concierge arranged our water taxi from the hotel to the train station. It went flawless with no wait time. They assisted with our luggage and the water taxi arrived practically to the door of the hotel.
This hotel and the friendly staff was perfect for our vacation. There were 4 adults in two Junior Suites. We were all impressed with the beautiful hotel and the service.
