Once we found the reception it was easy, very friendly staff
We were self-catering. The apartment is well laid out, warm and comfortable. It is generally well provisioned but see below. The ski room is convenient and easily accessed. A boot warmer unit would have helped.

Really good size. Comfortable for 5 adults. Location in town close to everything. Parking available. Facilities had everything for a weeks self catering. Plenty of hot water and heating really good. Terrace was nice too.
Perfect location for skiing In Cervinia - very easy check in / out . Apartment was clean and warm - everything we needed.- very spacious with a lovely terrace and view of the snowy mountains. We had an extra shower room (which was unexpected ) although we only used the main one. The Kitchen area appeared to have everything you would need to cook however we did not really use anything as we were on holiday and ate out as the restaurants were so close by and all very good.
