Very clean. Supermarket, trattorias, and bakery nearby. Very hospitable host, with very useful info at check-in. I gladly recommend this accommodation.
Good size, very clean, comfortable bed and living room with kitchen in a quiet building with secure parking in the adjacent gated yard. Windows have mosquito nets and can be safely opened to create a refreshing breeze. Free washing machine & dryer, a godsend when traveling. 20minutes easy walk from central Bologna, cafes and trattorias nearby. Owner was very helpful with information and kindly facilitated parking ahead of check in time. We would happily stay again.
The host is great and provides a great support not only about the accommodation but also about interesting spots in Bologna.
The host was amazing! He had toys and a chair for our son when we got there, our car was having trouble so he helped us get it to a mechanic, and even stuck around to help translate. The room itself was also great, very comfy, and a fantastic location.
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to Bologna, particularly with a private or rental car. The parking was secure, off street, and we didn’t have to worry about the car. Building is very secure with three locks to enter the apartment via various doors. Beautiful apartment which is very modern. Great location with supermarket, pharmacy, and other stores within walking distance. The walk into the center of Bologna was fast and convenient. Would definitely stay again!
