- air conditioning is available, but since it's old building, you don't need to use it as it keeps low temperature

I absolutely loved it! So nice and peaceful, a beautiful property, a magical secret garden.
The room was cosy, clean, kitchen well equipped.
We were close to Siena and our host shared a list of recommended wineries to visit.
Will definitely return some day.
The size of the room was great, and the host prepared the room well, including the heating being on.

Also the Host was very nice and always open for our questions and answered them in detail.
Milton was the most lovely host we could have asked for.
Our hire car broke down 20 minutes away and Milton came to collect us, taxied us to a local wedding and helped us with the translation and being our driver the following day. We don't know what we would have done without him. Thoughtful, kind and nothing was too much trouble.
The space was clean, bright and really comfortable set in gorgeous surroundings.
